Projects
My name is Julia Rukavishnikova, and I am an illustrator.
I work in an original, theatrical style, combining collage, drawing, traditional materials, and digital techniques.
I am inspired by the stage, costume design, circus, masks, commedia dell’arte, and pantomime.
In my artworks, I create worlds where reality intertwines with fantasy, and the characters — slightly melancholic and contemplative — carry a quiet, intangible mystery within them.
Through illustration, I explore the delicate emotional states of a person — those inner experiences that are difficult to express in words but can be conveyed through imagery.
I am open to collaborations and new creative projects.
